In the event that a shipment does not reach you or is damaged, please contact us immediately. 

We will work with you to resolve the problem.

Mosaic Numbers  (not used, altered, or damaged) suitable for resale may be returned for  refund 

Within 14 days of purchase. 

When returning merchandise, please include your:

2. Address

3. Phone Number

4. E-mail Address

5. Date of Order

6. Reason for Return

Merchandise should be wrapped securely and returned via UPS or insured parcel post at customer's expense. 

A credit will be issued by the original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges. 

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks on all returns for exchange, refund, or credit.
